Presentation at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology / Polish Academy of Sciences

I’m thrilled to share that I have been graciously invited to participate in an engaging online seminar series titled “Society and Technologies on Health and Illness,” hosted by the Rare Disease Social Research Center at the Instytut Filozofii i Socjologii Polskiej Akademii Nauk (IFiS PAN).

As an independent researcher with a focus on the sociology of science, technology, and medicine, I’ll be delivering a presentation on “Socio-Bio-Technical Entanglements in ALS Communication: A Posthuman Perspective.” The seminar promises to be a deep dive into the intricate connections that shape our understanding and communication with patients with ALS.

I’m looking forward to the exchange of ideas and discussions. The seminar is scheduled for May 14th, 2024, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM (see: https://www.facebook.com/events/448677337549644/?ref=newsfeed). I would be delighted to see you there and engage with your thoughts and perspectives. Your participation would mean a lot to me and the discourse of the seminar.

Thanks to the Rare Disease Social Research Center for this opportunity!
